Dr. Bachint, or “Dr. B” for short, was born and raised in Chandigarh, a big city in North India. As a young boy he would spend a lot of time with his father, who is also a veterinarian, in his small animal practice where he found his calling.
During his vet school days, Dr. B was actively involved in a wildlife conservation, a reptile rescue and a rehabilitation facility, and various educational awareness campaigns related to conserving wild corridors and natural resources. His most fond memories of working in the jungles of India are the work done to create awareness about man-animal conflicts and some voluntary anti-poaching drives in tiger habitat.
Dr. B has keen interest in small animal Ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, and small animal medicine. He believes in open communication and a logical pragmatic approach towards both life and when it comes to his way of practicing medicine.
Dr. B moved to Clovis, CA in Fall of 2016 and had been practicing at Armstrong Pet Hospital for the last 6 years. He lives in Clovis with his wife, 1 year old daughter, his Dog Woody and a cat named “Billa”. He loves the outdoors, music, watching documentaries and riding his Motorcycle on his free time.
